On Thursday, November 21<\/span>, we met with Vincent Berger, High Commissioner for Atomic Energy, and his team to hear the results of his audit on innovative nuclear technologies. The next day, we were invited to speak atENES2024<\/a>, theEuropean Nuclear Energy and SMR Conference.<\/em>This provided us with the opportunity to connect with key players in Eastern Europe's nuclear sector and establish future collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n ____________________________________________________________<\/p>\n\n\n\n Shortly after our trip to Oak Ridge, we joined molten salt reactor enthusiasts in Orsay, Essonne, at theIJCLAB<\/a> facilities to attend the Generation IV International Forum<\/a> (GIF) steering committee meeting. It was a month rich in encounters, discussions, and promising exchanges for the bright future of next-generation reactors. Over three days, we had the opportunity to learn about their research and that of several academics on the subject, gain insights into the progress of our transatlantic counterparts, and benefit from their experiences. Beyond molten salt technology, discussions covered nuclear safety, non-proliferation, and fission gases.

The day included presentations on MSR activities in Canada and the USA, Thorizon by Laure Claquin, and Naarea by David Lambertin. We also showcased Stellaria's progress and the specifics of our concept.
